Thomas More's Prayer Book
The prayer book More kept in the Tower of London before his execution. His notes in the margin read: "Give me thy grace, good Lord: To set the world at nought." Circa 1535.

Manuscript of a memoir by a young African-American. Documents Reed's major life events leading up to and including incarcerations the first juvenile reformatory in the U.S. and New York's first state prison. Circa 1858.
