Carol DeBoer-Langworthy is a scholar of Neith Boyce (1872-1951), a modernist writer whose work she began recuperating while a graduate student at the University of Denver. A former director of the Brown University Women Writers Project, Carol earned a Ph.D. in American Studies from The Union Institute in 1996 and teaches writing in Brown's Department of English. Her project is a literary biography of Boyce.
