Hollywood Brass | A 15th-Anniversary Celebration

Brass brings the music of the movies to the Beinecke with this exciting new concert program. Brass instruments play a conspicuous role in Hollywood film scores, making these new settings of favorite themes sparkle with authenticity. Featuring music from James Bond films, The Lord of the Rings, The Incredibles, acclaimed film composer John Williams, and much more.

The show will kick off at 4:45 pm with the world premiere of Brass: Behind the Music, a documentary on the group's history. Past members of Brass will be on hand to share their thoughts. The concert begins at 5:15 pm.

A Marble & Brass Series concert. Free admission. Limited seating.

Brass is a quintet of professional musicians brought together by a love of virtuoso playing and the camaraderie generated by live performance. Since its beginning, Brass has brought its particular brand of creative and innovative programming to Yale and the greater New Haven area.
