Caroline McCracken-Flesher
Caroline McCracken-Flesher, Professor of English, University of Wyoming, was educated at Edinburgh, Oxford, and Brown universities. Her publications include: Possible Scotlands: Walter Scott and the Story of Tomorrow (Oxford, 2005), The Doctor Dissected: A Cultural Autopsy of the Burke and Hare Murders (Oxford 2012), and the edited books Culture, Nation, and the New Scottish Parliament (Bucknell, 2007) and Scotland As Science Fiction (Bucknell, 2011). She is editing the MLA volume Approaches to Teaching the Works of Robert Louis Stevenson, and working on an edition of Kidnapped for the Edinburgh University Press New Edition of the Works of Robert Louis Stevenson.
