Indexes concerning real property and legal transactions near Cripple Creek, Colorado, 1892-1921 (bulk 1892-1910).
Typescript indexes related to real property titles and other financial and legal transactions related to mines in Fremont, Teller, and El Paso counties in Colorado, 1892-1921, with the bulk of the collection dating from the height of the Cripple Creek gold rush, 1892-1910. The indexes were probably compiled by attorneys Hildreth Frost and Merle E. Wilson, whose names appear on coversheets for many of the documents, from official records maintained in the Fremont, Teller, and El Paso county clerks' offices.
