Invoice describes Woolley & Patterson transporting an African-American man named “Kenady” (likely Kennedy) from Volcano, California to a hospital in Jackson, California. Manuscript notations by Thomas M. Pawling, county clerk, indicate that Amador County paid Woolley & Patterson $8.

Stacy advises Fraser to sell the land and advertises his services as a real estate agent and property manager.
