Record of lands in Pima County, Arizona Territory, seized for non-payment of taxes and transferred to the Arizona Territory, December 1896-September 1899. Pima County Treasurers completed and filed the printed tax deed forms for Pima County Recorder, Charles A. Shibell. On December 23, 1899, Treasurer Royal A. Johnson completed 160 deeds. Charles F. Hoff completed 201 deeds chiefly on April 18 and December 24, 1898, as well as a small group that includes February 14, 1898, and April 11, August 2, September 14, 1899, Many of the properties relate to mining and livestock industries in Pima County.
