Can the Library confirm receipt of my application material?
The Library receives a large volume of application material over a very short period before the holidays, and we are not able to respond to each individual inquiry. Applicants are invited to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their mailed application package if they wish to receive confirmation of a mailing. Processing takes approximately three weeks, and any applicants who are missing items at that point will be contacted. If you are concerned that your entire package may have failed to reach us, please contact us after January 2 to inquire.
