Today’s puzzle pictured above for the Paleographical Challenge.  Suggested solution to yesterday’s puzzle shown below:

Saturd. night, one Brown, a sham Express,
rode from Ware to London, down to White
hall & all the way, as he rode, declared
Limrick was surrendred, which caused a great
noise & ringing of Bells, every where, but
at last, being brought before the E. of Nottingham
